That's when she started to find an alternative to the traditional, sharpie-like cosmetic permanent tattoo procedure. While on her journey Darwiche found new and improved techniques that were performed all over Europe and Asian that could solve her problem!
Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow treatment that offers a solution to thinning or lost eyebrows due to over-waxing, alopecia and more. This makeup technique is also known as 3D eyebrows, eyebrow embroidery, or eyebrow feathering. Microblading offers a more feather like stroke that appears to mimic real hairs. With the use of a special tool, color pigment is implanted under the epidermis in this stroke pattern. Microblading your brows is a great choice for those who want to fully define, cover in gaps and those who want to add a small arch to their natural brow. This technique can last for up for 3 years. MD Esthetics recommends an annual touch up to keep them looking natural and fresh!

A microblading session will last approximately one and a half hours. Your eyebrow technician will shape your requested brows and be sure to get the clients full approval of what they want before they start. Once we're satisfied with the result the color pigment is chosen and the procedure will begin! There is a follow-up session that will need to take place for minor touch up and color improvements. This should be around 6-8 weeks post the first procedure. This will only take about an hour long.
Who Shouldn't Have Semi-Permanent Eyebrows?
Please refrain from going through with this procedure if fall under any of the listed below.
- You've had Botox or fillers within the last 2-6 months
- Recently had a deep tan or a chemical peel in the last 2 weeks
- If you're allergic to lidocaine, prilocaine, benzocaine, tetracaine, or epinephrine
- You have keloids
